Bruins Partner with Boston Pride Hockey for 2021 Hockey Is For Everyone Night

BOSTON (March 6, 2021) - The Boston Bruins will host Hockey is for Everyone Night presented by TD Bank on Sunday, March 7, during their home game against the New Jersey Devils at 5:00 p.m. at TD Garden. Hockey is for Everyone is an NHL initiative in partnership with You Can Play that uses the game of hockey - and the League's global influence - to drive positive social change and foster more inclusive communities regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status.

The 50/50 raffle will support the Boston Pride LGBTQ+ hockey team. Boston Pride Hockey (BPH) was founded in 1989 as New England's first LGBTQ+ hockey club, and over the next 32 years, BPH developed an inclusive community that provides a safe and welcoming environment for people to learn, enjoy, and compete in the sport they love. BPH has won 4 Gold Medals at the Gay Games in Amsterdam, Sydney, Chicago and Paris.
